Aging conditions can be tailored for either short-term or long-term
periods. For shorter aging, a higher temperature range is used to
accelerate chemical reactions and stabilize the distillate quickly.
For harmonization and aging exceeding two years, more stable
conditions and a lower temperature range are required.

Once aging is complete, it's time to bring the spirit to its perfect
balance. Experts agree that a high alcohol content - above 45% -
can overwhelm the palate and hide the fruit's character.
For the aromas to reach their full expression, the golden standard
is 41% to 43% ABV. Rakija is a noble tradition that rewards those
who take the time to know it. Drink less, but drink the best.
With the right care, your spirit can be transformed into a Čardaklija
